How are your pencils made?
We carefully hand-stamp each and every pencil with a vintage hot foil stamp machine. Each letter is individually set with your pencil message and made with care.
Can your pencils fit more than 23 letters (including spaces and punctuation)?
23 is the average max, but sometimes we can fit 24-26, depending on which letters are used. We are always happy to try. Feel free to send us an email.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship 2-3 business days after placing your order. Shipping speed depends on the shipping option selected at checkout.
What's Your Return Policy?
No returns on personalized items: Please note that all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. With this in mind, please carefully review your order before placing it for spelling and punctuation errors.
